There are several ways to remain informed about the Myth Reading Group and other activities of the Centre for Myth Studies at the University of Essex.
1. University of Essex Mailing List
If you have a University of Essex email address, you can enrol in the Mailing List.
- Go to: https://www1.essex.ac.uk/it/groups-lists/mailinglists/listinfo.aspx?list=myth-readers
- Username: your @essex.ac.uk address
- Password: your current Essex email password
- Join the group.
- You can also leave the group at any time by following these instructions and selecting ‘Leave’
2. Subscribe to Blog via Email
- Go to https://essexmyth.wordpress.com/
- Enter your email in the box on the right-hand column and click subscribe
- You will receive an email every time a new blog post is added
3. Facebook
If you have a Facebook account, you can ‘like’ and ‘follow’ the Centre for Myth Studies page:
- Go to https://www.facebook.com/mythstudiesessex/
- Select ‘Like’
- You can click on the ‘Liked’ button again to refine your notification settings
4. WordPress
If you have a WordPress account, you can follow the blog in your blog Reader.
- Go to https://essexmyth.wordpress.com/
- Click on the ‘Follow Essex Myth’ button in the right-hand column.
- New blogs will appear in your WordPress blog feed.
5. Twitter
Please note, the Twitter account is not updated as regularly as the others.
If you have a Twitter account, you can ‘follow’ the Centre for Myth Studies page:
- Go to: https://twitter.com/mythstudies/
- Select follow
- You can click on the Bell icon next to the ‘Following’ button to ensure you will receive all notifications from the account
